Production Worker

Our client a renown dairy company, is on the look out for a process worker to join their team based in Jindivick and assist in the production of cheese. This role will see you taking a hands on and physical approach in the different production stages of cheese. If this sounds like a challenge you’re up for, apply now!

They are currently offering day (6AM - 2PM, 8AM - 4PM) and afternoon (12PM – 10PM, 4PM – 12AM) shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Repetitive manual handling of products, lifting up to 15kg
• Unloading/loading tubs of cheese onto machines
• Racking un-moulded cheese onto trays and stacking them
• Loading/unloading trays of cheese from the stack onto a conveyor belt
• Transferring racks of cheese via trolley to different departments
• Flipping racks of cheese
• Cleaning and sanitization of the work station and maintaining a clean work space

Our ideal Candidate:

• Comfortable with repetitive manual handling
• Background in food production preferable but not necessary
• Flexible to work between day and afternoon shifts
